Weak and feeling "out of it"

Hi I haven't posted in a while and I was wondering if anyone had similar episodes . I have been struggling with ? vasospastic angina . I did not have a diagnostic functinal angiogram so my diagnosis was based on symptoms. All my tests were normal except my MRI in February showing previous perimyocarditis.I was given permission to travel so I went to Maine for a few days . Went to the beach yesterday and out of the blue I started feeling unwell . It was not too hot or humid . I felt some abdominal spasms as if my heart was beating in my stomach when I was lying on my abdomen for 10 min or so . I got up and felt unwell ,faint and weak . I had to sit in the shade for 11/2- 2hours till it passed . It left me very weak and tired . I was conscious and answered my family appropriately ,but I couldn't do anything! I described this as "dying and then coming back to life " I mentioned these episodes to the cardiologist in the past . I did not have one in a while.I felt no chest pain ,just some left arm pain and sweating. Wondering if anyone else had experienced such episodes . Thanks

I am sorry I missed your post earlier. I personally haven’t had any of the symptoms that you have described over the many years I have lived with vasospastic angina.

Thanks for your reply . I was wondering if anyone else had the same symptoms for a while . You had vsa for so long and other people I spoke to never experienced these symptoms either . I have my appointment in August and I will ask again . My dream to see the ocean lasted only 3 days ! Better than nothing !!
