pains again

hi not been active for a while my mental health has gone down hill because of constant pains so so fed up of this they have put my verapamil up been in a&e again twice this month I hey got that bad can’t even do rehab 😳😢

I try to work through my pain and not give in to it. I’m now in constant pain 24/7. I find it works for me.

Well I do do that I have a very high pain threshold but then my husband says mesh it could be heart attack so of we go but I’m sick of living in fear but I’m gonna go to my appointments see what else I can do 😁

I’ve got talking therapy next week I think it may help hopefully it does for m also going alcoholic anonymous I don’t drink anymore haven’t for 7 years but I used to so that’s on my mind to block it out but that won’t help so think 🤔 need to go there also got heart docs appointment on the 25 July we’ll see how it goes thank u for everything too

talking therapy going well had a good few cry’s but feeling good still getting pains got heart doc appointment next week but on the brighter side been given weygovey by docs starting to loose weight doing as much walking as poss to 👍🏻😃😃😃
