Hello All, I used to be on this forum as Judge Dredd but I had to drop out due to some issues on another chat group unfortunately. Had long-term (20 plus years) hypertension and was diagnosed with CAD approx 5 years ago. Underwent a double CABG in Feb 2020 and then angioplasty with stent in Mar 2023 as one of my bypass grafts collapsed.
I've had a lot of issues recently but I have noticed for a while now that the soles of my feet are becoming more and more constantly numb with pins and needles. Started with my toes but it's spreading. Also had issues with generally feeling tired (but who doesn't sadly) and horrendous issues with errctile dysfunction.
I was wondering if this could be PAD, has anyone with PAD had similar issues? I know I need to go to the gp to discuss it but I seem to go to the gp all the time and my mental health is in ruins. Struggling to face up to this, no energy left.

Difficult though it may be for you, the best option for you in my opinion, if you want to establish if you have PAD (peripheral arterial disease), is to make an appointment with your GP. That way you will get a a proper medical opinion against the symptoms you present.
Thanks for replying. I recently had a diabetes test as I had a fit earlier this year following a change in medication bur I have an upcoming Dr's appointment coming up and I will raise this.
It sounds like peripheral neuropathy to me which is what I have although being female , no other problems. Prickling, tingling, tight feeling as if I have multiple elastic bands round feet and ankles.
