My husband has been referred to the local hospice twice, last year and the year before. He was referred for support & help in managing his symptoms, he has severe heart failure.

The support given to him by the hospice was amazing & did wonders for his MH. I really hope it's as helpful for you.

Yes, agree. Our local hospice offers Heart2Heart course over 5 sessions. Brilliant and I think you can do them more than once too. Very useful to know the extent of the help available as it is needed making things feel far less frightening.
