I have changed from 80 mg artovastatin (gave me long list of side effects) to 40mg Pravastatin (felt similar after a week ) now on 10mg Rosuvastatin which is agreeable and giving good lipid numbers 👍🏻.

That’s good to hear , I am nearly 6 months after my stent was fitted and havnt had any blood tests or advice from my revered doctor, rang the hospital 3 times this week to be told someone will call u back… still waiting, it’s not ideal but trying to get some info so I can decide what maybe statins I need to try , not ideal but the back log in the nhs is pretty bad by the looks of things !

you could have a chat with your dispensing pharmacist or the pharmacist attached to your doctor’s group of surgeries (if you are in the UK). Armed with more information from one of these you might then approach your doctor.

Ask your gp to change the type of statins. Sometimes different stations work well with people

other than statins causing this - could be just good old arthritis?
