hi all it’s not been an easy ride . The teams are all superstars . Heart beat went up to 230 crash team arived was thrown everything to slow it down. then 2 days later it did it again 168 … last one 106 the amiodarone seems to have cured the problem no further Pulpitations day 8 ❤️🤞

Back on track walking with physio round the ward and used a stepper … 💪

big first step. But you are over that big hiccup and now it’s all going to get less difficult and more hopeful. Might take 3 months maybe less. But you will see improvements every couple of days. You must of course follow the medical instructions or else your recovery will go off piste.

As autumn approaches you will suddenly grasp that you are a recovered person. A golden moment. You have your life back.

Well worth the wait.

OMG, I'm very sorry to hear. It's a scary feeling and mine was only up to 180. Amiodarone did it for me. In 2 days, went right down. Otherwise, one week of three a day, two of two a day, and one of one a day. I am now with bisoprolol 2.5 mgs x 2 a day and calm heart ❤️ for three months.

Take care of yourself. Low salt diet, no anxiety, listen to relaxing music, sleep well.
