Hi I am lucky my symptoms for angina are very few, the most problem I get is Cold Air when its

cold and fresh, it gives me a sickly feeling when I go out side and the odd mouthful of fluid , what's the best (if any) way to stop it?

thanks in advance

Hi blackseve

The cold is a trigger for my vasospastic angina. I usually cover my mouth and nose with a scarf, snood, or sometimes a mask depending on what I have to hand at the time. I find that although it does not completely keep the cold air out, it does decrease how much cold air I breathe in which in turn, can help my symptoms.

All the best.

Yup, cold triggered my angina too (the dtents improved things). Just wrap up as suggested & hopefully it will gradually improve. Good luck xx

Know it sounds obvious but try wearing a scarf up over your mouth, or a snood thats what I do in winter as the cold air gets to me too.
