I think, to be fair, that is only a question that you can answer given what your job entails, and how you you feel during and after a day's work. You could discuss this with your GP who will give you a medical opinion on whether it is wise to continue because he/she will have a better idea of your medical condition and how it affects you personally. And as far as your job is concerned you could discuss this with your employer to see what can be done to help you. Perhaps discuss the need for an occupational health assessment. If you are in the UK the Equalities Act covers you and also your employer, which in essence states that an employer has to make reasonable steps to accommodate an employee whose circumstances have changed, like yours, although if no opportunities exist they are legally allowed to release you.

Best treat for angina is a product that was "buried" by Big Pharma 30 years ago because it went out of patent and they could no longer make a big profit on it called "Ouabain or Strophanthin Seed Extract"...I will put a link with info on it below and if you need more info on it or where to buy it, I'll be happy to get back to you...[[REDACTED]]

Hi 990Herc, we would always ask that members of the community avoid giving advice on medication or other lifestyle changes, for more detail on this please take a look at the BHF’s community guidelines: healthunlocked.com/bhf/post...

Sorry to say the suggestion I made to treat angina which has been "buried" by Big Pharma has also been "buried" by the moderator of this site. Obviously, this site is working hand in hand with Big Pharma to block treatments THEY don't want you to know about.

I know how you feel i have ben back at work since April 4th and im struggling to grt back to my full hours. I work 4 on 4 off nights and days and im finding it punishing.

Its disrupted my sleep patterns again, i felt so good whikst i was recouperating after my heart attack in December and now i feel tired all the time again and Last night i gelt like screaming out loud "I hate this f*****g job!" st the top of my voice.

Im going to see about speaking to ovcupational health but I think uktimately im going to start applying for other jobs with more reasonable hours and less physical.

The money is really good where I am but its not worth feeling like this all the tine.

Hi there, after my stents I had to do a "phase back to work". This means my employers sent me to occupational health services where the doctor access your abilties and advices on the best way forward towards full time hours.

In my case it was found that I could not lift heavy weights (max 5kg). The report was sent to my employers who banned me from heavy lifting and kept an eye over me in general. They also mapped out my working hours so that Iwould be working 3 x half days-firt week. Second week increase by half day and so on until I was able to work the whole normal week.

Do speak to your employers (HR) etc. and discuss your situation.
