Sooo they found I had a 40% ejection fraction in 2022 but did not tell me. Iv been fightingbfir answers and they new they whole time. Won't give access to any treatment or monitoring. They are killing me slowly. I'm 36 I have 3 regurgitating valves, cardiac left luxation. Low ejection fraction - I don't know my prognosis- I don't have any options because nhs is refusing to acknowledge any findings. Initially they blamed my mental health... no they won't even acknowledge me. I am a victim of nhs cover up culture. I am being being murdered by the nhs in plain sight of everyone. This country is in serious trouble... I'm saving for 3000 mri hope I can get a prognosis so I can plan the last few years of my life. I fell ill in 2019so its 5 years in August.... its far to late to save me

Hi there, I have no knowledge of the condition you have but there are “no win no fee” solicitors who specialise in health related negligence and cover ups. It may be worth contacting one of these companies and having a chat. Maybe a google search would find a company in your area.

Good luck with everything, I hope you get the information you deserve and the outcome is positive.

Thank you, after 5 years of jumping through every complaint process, and rejection from many places of help. I now so depleted I do not have the capacity to go back to the complaints board and processes. I need write 5 years worth of negligence and organise 5 years worth of medical records. I do not have the capacity and nobody to help me. I have contacted a few places, but I have nothing left I am so poorly, just standing impacts me. I am so sad and so cross that makes me feel worse trying to do paper work. 5 years worth. I thought they was jus rubbish. I had no idea what they was covering up. I thought they failed to diagnose but they knew why I was sick and left me to fight while iv been dying slowly and painfull from blood flow to my body... thank you. I know what I need to do, I just have nothing left to do it, another life they have taken with no accountability. Its so strange being murdered so slowly in plane sight of the world. Definitely lost my rose tinted glasses now

Oh no. So sorry to hear this. 🥺

If you got in touch with a solicitor and they think you have a case they would do all the donkey work for you. (Gathering all the evidence etc)

I do understand you’re worn out by it all though, this can’t have been easy to deal with.

Thank you, I did contact some but the 5 years puts them off, they don't like complex cases unfortunately. I feel as tho even tho they could save my life, if they don't cash signs they don't care. Trying to find one that's not in it for the money but because of their passion of justice and human life. Tje nhs really did not want accountability financially or punishment. They really have done everything they can to self preserve. Royal papworth are looking into my complaint and doing an investigation. I hope they will help me. The end is near, I can feel it, and this is the 5 year.... thank you so much for your advice. Appreciated.
