good for what purpose? Research what each type gives you and make a decision on what you need from then.

An Apple Watch is good for monitoring a medically diagnosed condition such as AF, and it can produce a single lead ECG. However, these devices are subject to error: for example, my wife has a pacemaker which is set at a minimum 60bpm. Often her Apple Watch will show a heart rate below the pacemaker setting due - possibly - to watch movement on her wrist. My wife also has a 6 lead KardiaAlive device which provides much more information. In our experience, GPs etc treat these devices with suspicion and will look to a 9 lead ECG or other heart tests for a diagnosis.

Hello. Personally I would never wear a heart monitor or BP monitor watch. I have heard they can actually affect your heart. Plus for me they would cause stress seeing the increase in readings. But that's just my opinion.

I too have the Apple Watch 9. I find that it is good in terms of monitoring activity and workout and that’s a great help. However I no longer use the ecg function as I found that those results are not always completely accurate ( as confirmed by the cardiologist). I do really like the watch but my advice is to always be aware that as good as these devices are, they are by no means perfect.
