ischémie heart disease means that, briefly, your heart muscle isn’t getting all the blood supply it needs in order to function. Presumably your doctor or a hospital has diagnosed this.

So have you been offered any guidance by a medical person? Or given a prescription?

You could phone the British Heart Foundation for a chat on 0808 802 1234 (freephone). Helpline is open weekdays 9am to 5pm*.
