my husband has a CRTD fitted due to Heartfailure since 2+ yrs and I want to gift him 4xwheel off road experience. I need advice if it’s ok for him to go on this activity for an hour?

I think you should probably ask him what he feels about it. I would advise not to spring it on him as a "surprise " in case he can't cope with it. 🤔

Have you checked with the providers of the experience itself as they may have rules / restrictions based on health - maybe contact them to see if he meets their criteria?

one of them suggested to speak to the cardiologist. We have an appointment in June so will speak to him. Thanks.

Hi I had a CRT-D implant in 2019, and continue to ski and mountain bike. I don’t see there being a problem.
