Travel Insurance with'possible' on diagnosis

Hello everyone,

Looking for ANY recommendations! My cardiologist has put on my diagnosis 'possible occult cardiomyopathy' amongst other things. I cannot obtain any further clarification on this as he is now on leave and I beleiev his colloeagues won't speculate.

It seems I cannot get medical travel insurance for ANY pre-existing conditions now. Even my hypermobility syndrome. I have already exhausted the BIBA brokers as recommended by Cardiomyopathy UK.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

Thank you in advance.

Hi chal57

Depending on your age have you looked into Bank accounts that offer Free Travel Insurance?

Some offer up to 75 years old and Co-Op do up to 80 you have to list any pre-existing illness and some charge an extra premium. They can work out cheaper if you travel a few times a year.

Have you tried InsuranceWith - they specialise in medical conditions.

Not what you're looking for?
