an anyone advise me how do I stop posts from other communities I sort of joined I only want this one. Not sure how to go about this

Just go onto your profile or hub list and stop your membership by clicking on the ticks I believe, but I'm about as tech savvy as a Duck with Thumbs so I might be wrong!😆😆😆Good Luck , Bee

at the top right of this page (on a tablet type device) you will find a series of choices: Profile, My Hub, etc

select Menu and there is an "Email preferences " section where you should be able to select the things you want to be notified about - if you can't find wha yo need there go back to the list of options in Menu and select "get help..."
