Hi guys

Hope you are all well.

Good news this week. After final MRI I have been discharged. MRI showed no evidence of blockages etc, heart in good health.

So pleased. I asked my GP to change Consultants in October. He is amazing, so communicative.

He did comment that the self help I've done was key.

Was with the first Constant 8 months, not so much as an update call from the many tests I had.

Hope you all get the same good news this year.
