I have shown Mild concentric LVH, bp 140/100, cholesterol 256, triglycerides 320, SGOT 93, SGPT 102.

Please suggest me , what should i do, what food to eat, daily routine, exercise, how to recover from it.

Assuming you live in the UK, the medical practitioner who ordered these tests should have given you advice on what to do, as he or she knows your height and weight, personal and family medical history, age. And so on. On this forum, we don’t have this information.

However, assuming everything else is clear, you need to increase your exercise, perhaps by walking a bit faster. Try the NHS “couch to 5k” (Google it). Your diet should contain plenty of fresh veg- maybe you could follow the “Mediterranean “ diet (again, Google it).
