hello Im on 2 bp meds. been eating lot of custard tarts shop brought crumbles due to stopping smoking after starting again years non for 4 minths 3 o4 a day even with patches .Have stopped now. so craved all the bad foods so im prediabetic 43 range. I put in a stone in weight due to antideprrssant . I dont go out much odd days for walk to get food..i also have gastritis and esophagitis. cant eat dairy ccoconut yogsa rice pudding, red meat salad toms spicey and choc . sunce eating eveb xmas cake mince pies and such as abive I cant hardly stay awake. and i bloat on them . I dont eat fruit most tio aciduc fir stomach and not a fan anyway. My good LDL is fine but slightly raised so Gp giving me statins bot sure whicg ones but said if get muscle aches to stop them. shes also writing to cardiologist as saw him 2 minths ago and he asjed did i smoke. i said used ti fir years he said please dont agaun i didnt say i had been im sure gp will tell him truth . she is asking if he thinks another echo should be done as something in my bloid test fir heart is raised. Im trying hard not t to eat the tarts and crumbles but have a sweet tooth now . dont eat biscuits eggs abs bread never as constipates me and already syffer frim slow bowel transit due ti other meds my question is who cant take statins as ive heard they have side effecta. and also i did a home stool test and it said I have high level of fat and sugar in it. doc never commented . so im confused i havent lost or gained weight since eating lots of tarts mince pies xmas pud . but weight since antidepressant all on stomach . i dont why i bloat on all the sweet stuff and fall asleep.. i dont have candida but have brought a test for SIBO check if thats causing bloating . any input would be appreciated
