Hi Gaz,

Sorry to hear you’re feeling like this once again. Do you think the hypertension could do with another review? I can see you’ve been put on a new tablet since September however, sometimes it takes a little while to find a combination of meds that work for us. It would be wise to make an appointment with the GP tomorrow as you don’t want your symptoms worsening, especially the confusion as it can be both a health and safety risk to you.

Thanks for replying, Rang 111 and they passed it over to doctor which phoned me just before they shut, They are looking at a cardiology appointment to see what is happening, Felt much better on the new tablets from September, But I had been using some super glue at work for 3 days two weeks ago a gave me a extreme COPD attack and had been put on antibiotics and steroids for a week, So don't know if my body was worn down

It might be wise to note what your triggers are for your COPD and try to limit or stay away from them going forward. I hope you get a cardiologist appointment soon and that your workplace has made reasonable adjustments for you in the mean time to work safely.

Thank you

If you are using a chemical in your employment that is acting as a trigger for you to have serious medical issues I suggest that you talk this through with your employer to investigate whether they can offer you a subtle change in role or they provide equipment which avoids this, assuming you have not done this already. Perhaps an occupational health assessment is required. Without getting too heavy handed there are legal provisions which should offer some protection for you as in the Equalities Act 2010.
