Hi I have been sweating and going confused again for last two days now and again, I have been checking my oxygen levels have been between 88% and 94% and my blood pressure 170/65 ,I have COPD and coronary artery diesese had two stents in 2017, In August I had an echo it picked up I had left wall thickness due to hypertension, Also my water tablets have not been making me go to the toilet anymore than I usually do for last six months, Have told doctor about this, I don't know what to do about all this thinking about giving 111 a ring about this or leaving things as they are, PS I also have hiatis hernia

Your oxygen levels are low and your BP rather high. I would ring 111 today and have a chat

I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling poorly. If not done so already, 111 would be best to advise as mentioned by others and is also the safest option.

I hope you’re feeling better soon.

All the best.

Tos

Your blood pressure does sound a little high, Gaz. I'd give 111 a ring today, even if it's just for reassurance. They'll be able to give you the safest proper advice on what to do. Hope you feel better soon. Carol

Hi if your oxygen levels are low but you are sweaty with a temperature the readings may not be accurate which was the advice I was given by a nurse when I was taking my husbands oxygen levels. A high temperature can give false readings especially if your hands are shaking. However your blood pressure is high and I would ring up 111 for advice all the best.

Let us know what the outcome is. Hopefully nothing too worrisome.

Hi phoned doctor's this morning gave me an emergency appointment. Doctor told me I keep having these spells of going dizzy, confused , blood oxygen low and high blood pressure because my Echo said I have left heart chamber walls are thicker and at times my heart can't pump enough blood round as my body needs and it is narrowing my heart artieies. When this happens my blood pressure goes up my blood oxygen levels drop and go confused, They said I might need extended ECG monitoring, He has put the results down to angina but I am not getting any chest pain, My doctor is getting in touch with cardiology on what to do next, Thanks
