Bypass x 3, aortic valve replacement in December 2020.
Three years on, still shortness of breath with fatigue. Daily quality of life rubbish. Five doctors, £2000 out of pocket. CT scan six months ago showing NHS never situation in abdomen.
On 25th October being told that nothing to worry about. Nothing to be done. Left out to dry, basically get on with your life, tough.

It was by accident that during preparation for endoscopy, the Dr asked if I had had any CT scan recently, I informed him I had, he said he would look at results, came back and asked if I had had any procedures on my stomach, I said no. He informed me that a piece of scientific equipment or guide wire could be seen. As he was talking, he seemed to realise he was saying too much, changed the conversation very quickly, said it was not cancerous, nothing to worry about.
I had to make a formal complaint to hospital about lack of information, it was only because of that complaint I am were I am.
That’s it, object showing clear and bright, told nothing to worry about. As said in my post, 25th October, told nothing to worry about not causing me any distress so basically forget about it.
I guess what they're saying is the object showing wouldn't cause any problems connected to tiredness and shortness of breath. It's still not good enough. Do you want to go through a procedure to have it removed? Obviously this could cause more issues and maybe that's what they're thinking? Have you complained to PALs at the hospital? They will have to look into everything in detail and send you a written explanation.
I really hope you get sorted. A CT scan would show if there was anything else going on physically. I would be ask your GP to be referred to respiratory physio to see if they can help with your breathing.
