Pinching pain at ablation wound site?

Hey all.So I'm over a week after my ablation. I feel ok, bruising is starting to fade but I have one issue. Every now and then I get a sharp, pinching type pain near the insertion site. Almost like a trapped nerve. Wondering if anyone else has experience this? It hurts and it last a few seconds. I'm going to contact my GP on Monday but thought I'd ask on here.

I know this is totally different in a way but until someone comes along that can answer you where I have my scar from my Bypass 2 years later around there I get this feeling now and again even 2 years later and when I did ask I was told the nerves will have all got unsettled seems like they still are

Hey bekind I get nerve pain from my ICD. It probably just everything settling down but it does hurt lol. Thank you for your reply x

Things can take a while to settle after procedures but I hope the Doctor will put your mins at ease and no doubt say take painkillers as they usually do x

Hi Cherrelle sorry I can’t help you. It’s been years since my last ablation and I can’t remember. Speaking to your Gp is a very good idea. Over a week isn’t long so maybe it’s still settling. Maybe someone else might come on who can help you. All the best.
