Hi Akash, I was told that healthy eating, excercise, cut down on fats in your food and moderate drinkingof alcohol are a great way of helping your heart. Do not eat high salt ready meals, or take aways. If you can't do normal excercise such as walking or gym exercises, then there are some easy chair based exercises that you can do. You can even do breathing exercise to help your lungs and blood circulation. Just either sit down or stand, take a deep breath through your nose and count how long it took to do that, then hold it for about a count of three, then slowly breath out through your mouth. When you breath out make sure that breathing out is longer than breathing in. Start by just doing this for about ten minutes, or as long as you feel comforable with, and then if you can, steadily increase it. I use this to help when I have Angina pain instead of using my spray. If the beathing exercise doesn't help then out comes the spray.

Just to lighten your day, here are REAL extracts from a Court in the USA.

Now doctor, isn't it true that if a person dies in his sleep, he doesn't know about it until the next morning?

The yungest son, the twenty year old, how old is he?

Were you present when your photo was taken?

I hope that they raise a smile, and if anyone would like to read some more then I am happy to oblize.
