Ongoing pain from pacemaker

The last two nights when I’ve been sleeping on my left side I’ve had an awful heavy pain at the side of my pacemaker and in the centre of my chest , I’ve had my pm since 2020 and have been ok sleeping on my left side until two nights ago . The pain did go after I’d turned over but it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt .

Hi, that doesn't seem right, so I would contact the Pacemaker clinic and get it checked x

Sorry to hear that you are still having pain with your pacemaker site , its is something only your rhythm clinic can really help you with.

I have read your past posts and can see that you have already had it moved once. Maybe a nerve has been trapped? its just a guess.

I have been lucky with mine and its ok, but now and then with certain movement it tells me its there. Small price for me for the job its doing, but to lose or have bad sleep is not right and really should be looked into.

Hope you get it sorted soon and would love to know the outcome please.
