Now the brain goes into overdrive but I can tell you, win, draw, or lose with the operation, if they weren’t doing it I don’t think my breathing would last another 2 weeks as it is

You will be fine once you get in the staff will take over ALL Will BE Well and you will feel so much better.Have you looked at the aortic facebook page someone recommended to you and I agreed They are brilliant I joined them in January and had my aortic valve replaced via TAVI in April There are people on there that have so much knowledge and are so supportive Good Luck and keep us posted
Wishing you the best of luck . If you can try to do something you love and find relaxing to distract you from thinking about it too much . Can't wait to hear your news about how well you feel in posts after the op and recovery are done , hugs , Bee
good luck for Thursday . You’re in good company Mick Jagger had a valve replacement by keyhole surgery about 3 or 4 years ago. According to a newspaper article fairly recently this less invasive surgery is ideal for anyone with other compromising health issues, so you’ll be fine.
I know Basildon hospital well as both my children were born there and I had my pacemaker fitted there four years ago. You are in good hands! Praying it will go well on Thursday and that you will soon see an improvement.
Wishing you well for Thursday. Remember that while it is scary for you, the staff are well trained and prepared and your well being is their priority. Looking forward to hearing your update. 🤗
I had a bypass there last December. They are well-organised and the Cardiothoracic Centre is highly thought of. The food is quite good for a hospital and there is an M and S and WH Smith in the hospital. Good luck.
