I was slightly confused reading your question, as you say “in” your heart. Do you mean you have 4 main arteries?
The 4 main arteries from my knowledge are the right coronary artery, the left coronary artery, the left anterior descending (LAD) and the left circumflex artery (LCA). This seems to be correct. It is also mentioned in the link below.
When you say “in” I’m not sure if you’re referring to your coronary arteries tunnelling in through your heart muscle. If so, this is often recognised as an anomaly known as myocardial bridging, or another type of congenital heart defect.
Did your cardiologist explain what your results mean at all?
I have 2 extra that is super rare apparently. They’re called cardiac fissures and mine take the blood around my heart not through it.
They will need to be coiled / cauterised to correct them but my consultant is reluctant because of the clotting risk. So until I have another HA or get symptoms ( I didn’t know I’d had HA last time ) it’s a waiting game and anxious wait too
