159 days after my husband's HA and he is back at work albeit on a phased return of 9 hours a week but at least he is back!He still gets incredibly tired and is still learning to not run before he can walk 😊I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone on this forum who have offered me advice and guidance when I have asked for it... honestly in the beginning of all this I don't know how I (we!) would of got through it.I know there's still a long way to go but we are starting to see a light at the end of this tunnel!
Regards

Thats terrific! So good he’s making some big steps to getting his working life back. Its good to hear that members here helped you through. I know it happens a lot but we don't always get the good news! So thank you lots for posting.
That’s great that’s he’s started back. I’m sure that even though he will find it tiring it will be good for his mental well-being. My husband had his heart attack in June last year, had 4 months off sick, had to slowly build up his hours but has managed to be full time in the last month or so. Just make sure he listens to his body and doesn’t rush it.
Thank you...yes he was pleased to start the process of a routine again and has found over the last few months that he has limitations....just doing three hours a day,sat at a desk and he is exhausted and needs an afternoon nap 😴....I don't want him rushing things and I also don't want his employers rushing him either.
My husband was exactly the same at the start. He took it really slowly increasing his hours. Luckily his employer didn’t rush him, although they only paid him for the hours worked. Bad in respect of pay, but good because there was a lot less pressure to rush this x
