My Day

Hello everyone, been looking from afar and decided to join today and share my story with you wonderful people. I have had several years of heart issues so I feel qualified to post on here like everyone else.

So, to begin, yesterday I woke up went downstairs and had breakfast that was the first of my cardio exercise😉. After washing up I talked to my daughter on Facetime because as it is often stated on here, it's good to talk😄.

I took advantage of the sunshine in the afternoon and took my dog for a walk around the local park for about 2 hours this included picking up a form for blood tests and fighting my way around the local supermarket for some bread milk and half a cooked chicken for the dog😉. She hasn't been well recently and is causing a lot of worry for my wife and myself. Anyway that was my second cardio exercise👍.

After that I came home and looked at this forum. We had tea around teatime and watched tv

(that's a lot of t in that sentence😂).

We went to bed around 10pm and that was my day.

Oh, I almost forgot, here is my contribution to the joke section.

What does the man call his girlfriend whom he met on Twitter?
