Cow Dancing and Prancing

Yesterday I had a great day. My partner and a friend went out to our local dairy farm to join about a thousand people (1/5 of the population of my home town) to watch the cows being released from a winter barn. They danced and pranced and leapt for joy and freedom. Then some friends came over and prepared all my garden beds for seeding. Today another friend is coming to help with the seeding. I was tired afterwards, but as happy as a cow munching spring grass. As I get accustomed to a new way of pacing myself, I feel like I too have been reaeased from a winter barn.

Love your writing and the peep into your life.

Run and dance free Kuya, you are never returning to that Winter barn.

Live laugh and cry in in the healing sunshine of your new life.

Take care

What a lovely post to read, Kuya. Thank you for reminding us all of how good it is to wake up with that amazing "freed from the winter barn" feeling! Carol
