Hey Everyone

So as some of you noticed I went out yesterday.

I volunteered at my local parkrun again this time I wasn't barcode scanning but on the course marshalling. So I was cheering everyone on. My feet did get ichy and I wanted to join them but my sensible head was on and I didn't. Also for anyone that knows about parkruns it was my 25th volunteering time I've ordered my v25 t-shirt 😁

After the parkrun I met up with a friend and we popped to a few shops and the centre were having a continental market so we had a brief walk round and we got a free Mexican hat. I won't confirm or deny if I wore it all morning to annoy and embarrass my best friend.

Once back home I was worn out and went straight to bed and had a bit of a sleep 💤

Great to hear you are out and about V

Especially volunteering at the parkrun .

I'm sure you will have those running shoes back on soon .

I'm about to watch the start of the London marathon 🙂

Yeah I'm watching the marathon as well. I'm never running it though. I mad but not that mad 😂

Another good and enjoyable day then, it looks to me they are getting more frequent.

When you next have a bad day V, don't forget that another good one is just around the corner.

It's most evenings I get down. But yes I should look back and enjoy what I achieved

I was near the start so I only walked a little way and I had my trusty chair.

I hope I get my 25 t-shirt, I'm on about 15. I'm actually okay with building up my volunteer milestones.

Well done on the volunteering front , I find it is sometimes as therapeutic as the run - the camaraderie in our local park run is 1st class - We so look forward to the day you achieve your aim Regards
