Hmmmm...

So while I was waiting for my echocardiogram I developed severe pain in my chest and back, which when I told the technician about, resulted in me being rushed down to triage to be checked out. Spent several hours in emergency getting blood tests, ecg and chest xrays ... and waiting waiting waiting. Turns out that the likely cause of my congestive heart failure was a heart attack that I didn't notice many days before the congestive heart failure incident that took me to emergency the first time. My left ventricle conductivity system was damaged in that heart attack. So now I"m in a new ball field. I'm feeling upset about this because when it was just CHF, I could at least do stuff to manage it. Now I feel completely helpless when it comes to restoring health. The doc said that part of my heart had died ... yikes! And then I made the mistake of checking out life expectancy info on Google ... scary! Of course all my friends tell me to stay away from Google. The truth of impermanence just got real!

thank you ... no, i don't know yet ... but will in about a week

not quite sure what to say, I hope you get all the support and help you need and you can get your head round all this soon - getting your head round these things is so important for moving forward with whatever your like looks like now. Getting the feel of that new ball field.

You were certainly in the right place at the right time and that is a blessing so they can do whatever is required to help you.

Full Imagine it’ll take time to sink in. ❤️

Yes don’t google.

Have you spoken to your gp yet about your prognosis? Just to balance Google my mother lived for another 30 years after a heart attack caused heart failure.
