Thank you Milkfairy. A really interesting study. I’ve been low fat since my diagnosis of MVA but really craving fish and chips lately 😬

Don't tell the diet police....I have fish and chips about once or twice a year.Even the odd cream tea.

A little bit of what you fancy can't do too much harm....I hope 😉

ooooh lovely 😋 My favourite ever is fish n chips but I never have them but must confess to a Magnum ice cream lolly when I’m on holiday 😁
