I said I would report back and say how I got on. I had excellent treatment by the team and they all worked so hard. The consultant was excellent and explained what was going on etc. although there was a huge screen I could not see it as the X-ray camera was in the way. Basically it was as I thought it would be, the result being my arteries are OK.however, several people on here mentioned microvascular or unstable angina, and I asked the Consultant if that is what I’ve got. He said if the GT spray makes the pain go away then that’s probably the case and the only treatment is a drug which he is writing to my GP about.
The other thing he mentioned it could be is regurgitation? I think that’s what he said but I don’t understand?
Anyway he said my treatment is complete and I won’t be recalled.

Hello
This is brilliant news I am so pleased for you
Regurgitation is a disorder in which the mitral valve on the left side of the heart does not close properly it can mean regurgitation is leaking from a valve that does not close all the way
Many people have this and unless it gets worse is not always a concern
When you speak to your Doctor you can talk to them about it but they would not have discharged you if they were concerned
