Hi, had a mechanical mitral valve in June 22, so it’s 9 months now and some days I’m out of puff after going up the stairs. A couple of weeks ago I felt fully recovered now I’ve gone backwards again, also I had the light leg and arm the other day that also went pale compared to my left leg and arm, I haven’t had this for about 6months. Is this how recovery goes for us ?
