Returning to surfing

Heart Nurse agreed not to make too much fuss if I paddle out for a surf so long as I'm not on my own. Top news as I'd just started to get good again after the stroke when they said I had heart failiure and to stay out of the water and the gym.Anybody else surfing with heart probs?

I am glad that your Heart Nurse says that its alright for you to go back to surfing { thought it would have come from a better qualified Cardiologist after your damaged was caused by surfing in the first place }

But like He/She said , don't be alone and try not to over worry your loved ones, make sure that they know that the medical profession has given you the full clear report to do your sport again.

Returning to the sport where it happened is extremely brave of you.
