Hi
Has anyone had BP that is fluctuating dramatically during the day? Going very low when asleep so medicine doesn't appear like the best solution.
Would appreciate to hear.

does your Apple Watch take your blood pressure? Mine doesn’t wish it would. Maybe I’m not looking properly / in the right place?
Blood pressure naturally lowers when asleep. Can vary through day but I tend to if monitoring go with readings in morning and readings before bed.
how and when are you taking you BP?
But essentially it will vary. You’d need to monitor over a period as above or as your doctor advises for your doctor to make decision / recommendation of meds or not.

I did a 'well man' health check at a private hospital as part of moving to a new employer well over 20 years ago. As part of this I assume I did a stress test since I was wired up and sat on a bike and they increased the power requirement from me but when my systolic hit 220 they stopped the test early, I assume because that was when their insurance policy cover finished! Anyway on that day I found I had high BP and have been treated for it ever since.
bp varies over the day.
Go here. nhs.uk/conditions/high-bloo...
And don't rely on your watch, its most irregular .
I wore a 7 day heart monitor the other week and found out my heart slows when I'm asleep My cardiologist informs me everything needs a rest so just normal Mind I did consider putting the alarm clock on just to make sure it started up again😁
