Hi my new Heart friends. Another newbie question. I seem to be experiencing a lot of headaches.. is this something others experience? A sign of overdoing things or just par for the course? Thanks in advance. T x

Thank you so much. Sound advice, I'll speak to my gp.Take care of yourself. T

Hello :-)

It could be down to numerous things if you are on any new medication sometimes side effects can cause it , how are you sleeping because I have read what you have been through and it has left you feeling slightly anxious which is understandable , if you are feeling stressed that can cause headaches and over doing things might

I would see how this goes and if you find no matter what they are the same and bothersome then ask to speak with your Doctor so you can go through everything to pin point the cause which no doubt will be something simple

Try and do some meditation and see if that helps as well as you think if you are overdoing it slow down a bit :-)

Let us know how you get on :-) x

Thank you so much. I'm actually sleeping really well (i suspect giving up wine has helped that too ;)) i am certainly anxious though. I had a terrible evening of pain and throbbing headache last night and so have had a really lazy day today and no headache... maybe rest is important afterall .. 😉Thank you so much for your thoughtful reply.

Really hope you're well. T x

Hello :-)

Maybe you are overdoing it a little bit and having a relaxing day could have shown you that :-)

I am so pleased it has been a better day and I hope you have lot's more :-) x

it appears that my pericarditis caused by LC has given me BPD breathing pattern disorder which means I’m mouth breathing making my body use more muscles and energy causing my fatigue and chest pain. I’m now on a breathing workshop. I didn’t think I had a problem except shortness of breath on exercise and effort.

I started getting migraines about 5he same time I was diagnosed with myocarditis... came with a lot of tingling in the face and head, sometimes my arm.

All tied into inflammation apparently.

I wondered if that might be possible. Thank you. T
