My mother Heart issues Please help! Advice

Hello All

in 2020 my mum had a cough which she left during covid time for 6 months which towards the end of the 6 months lead to seriously bad breathlessness and no energy, She went to the doctors and had a heart attack she was sent to hospital and had fluid on the lungs ,

She had a ejection fraction of 20% and had a left branch block, They tried her on many tablets etc, in 2022 she had a defib pacemaker installed,

She feels alot better BUT

my ask for advice is in the morning she wakes up feeling very weak dizzy sick very lightheaded every single morning sometimes slightly rarely rough in the afternoons but every evening she feels absolutely fine like nothings wrong with her at all, is there anything she can do to change this is it her medication shes taking? or what shes super bad in the morning and she hates it as she said its no life feeling like this every morning
