Entresto med. Has anyone had bad palpations after taking this med? Fatigue? Worsening symptoms?

As the title says? My bp is ok and heart rate 65-80.but seem to get skipped heart beats after taking this med. Fatigue too and brain fog. Been on this for two years now.

Sorry to hear you are having these symptoms. I started off on the lowest dose about 2 years ago and just increased it about 2 months ago and I also have had none of your symptoms.

Yeh i have been on it for over 2 years now on the lower dose and middle dose but always suffered these symptoms after taking the tablet. If i skip the morning dose one time, i feel great most the day.

No problems for me from Entresto, in fact Entresto has almost sorted out my Ectopic beats !!

Heart Nurse says probably re model of the Heart which is what Entresto is supposed to do ?

Re model of the heart? Yes i found it sorted my ectopic beats out for a while. It seemed to work really well at the start on the low dose. But ever since i increased the dose, i seemed to have all sorts of problems. When i cut the dose in half or dont take it for one day, i seem to be full of energy and feel great.... Going to have to speak to the nurses. Thanks for your reply

hi. I’ve been on entresto for 6 months, 3 months at the higher dose and fortunately no side effects. My resting heart rate is always around 67. My bp is always ok. Hope you feel better soon.

A few months ago I went onto Entresto replacing Candesartan and Furosemide. I am now on the maximum dose. I developed a cough, increased breathlessness and tiredness and put a couple of kilograms.

Went back on Furosemide which reversed all the above and I am now back to my usual weight without the cough etc. So far no other effect to report.

yeah me to on entresto for 12 months gained 7lb dizziness all the time and no energy going to come of it had nuff

No, I am on the same dose of Entresto, we just put Furosemide (40mg) back on the daily recipe.
