heart attack = heart failure = Low blood pressure.

Low BP and HF = ED

Medication for ED = too low BP and sickness

Heart failure = Cold Hands

No hope šŸ„¶

but your still here even though things are really tough. Perhaps ask a different question of yourself - what would I gain / lose if I stop trying? Whatā€™s in your life that is worth fighting for to keep going for as long as you can? I think we all have that thought whatever level of issues we have totally appreciating you have a lot more on your plate. I hope you are able to ask yourself or on here a different question and see the value in continuing to try. Take care.

Hi MSharpy

Never give up hope! I've been in a situation where I thought my heart would never be well again, but I'm feeling really well right now. Would never have thought I'd be like this again.

Is there a medical plan up ahead for you?

Is the photo of your cute little dogs, it's beautiful?

Sending you a big healing hug, people do care you know and have been where you are now.

Jean

Dear MSharpy

There is plenty of hope and you only have to look how far you have come to realise that each step of our life is worth fighting for.

You seem a little down, which most of us can relate to now and then, it is a known thing to happen after all you have gone though { and unfortunately still are } and there is plenty of help for it, if you only ask the right people .

Please don't try to work this part out by yourself and get some professional help, your Dr / Heart Team is your first port of call.

Is that a picture of your Dogs? they are fantastic looking you must be very proud of them.

Good luck with your continued journey and I hope that we can be of help in getting you to a more comfortable place.

Please take care

Why No Hope ?

Cold Hands go with the Meds just use gloves or keep your hands in your pocket. That sounds awfully blunt but thousands of us have to manage this. Last night I had to get up and put socks on because my feet became cold.

Just also like to add Heart Attack does not always lead to Heart Failure it may do, but not always. From what I have learnt Age is a big factor and there is not a lot we can do about it !

We all have to take care of ourselves with this cold weather and High Heating costs can you go to the one of the Warm places possibly meet and take to others who feel the same as you ?

This S**t is not easy Meds are a pain but better than the alternative well IMHO

Regards

and please post if any of us can help just post

MSharpy Don't you dare give up what would those beautiful dogs do without you. Life is worth living even when you are struggling.Try to find one thing each day that speaks to you those adoring dog faces , the sunshine ,a snowdrop popping its head through, a rainbow, something you have read ,anything which resonates with you and most of all the hope that your Doctors will able to help you. MOST IMPORTANTLY TALK TO MEDICAL TEAM, FAMILY OR A BEST FRIEND ABOUT HOW YOU ARE FEELING sometimes just voicing it helps.Sending you a virtual hug and keep us updated on how you are feeling

Please donā€™t give up.

People care, you can see from the comments above this is a lovely group.

As said above speak to your GP/Medical team. Be sure to write on here though when you need to talk.

Hope you are feeling better. šŸ’
