I get a low heart rate reading after exercise. This lasts for approximately 2 hours. I have been diagnosed with PVC and taking 50 mg of flecainide twice daily. Are there any suggestions .

low rate is in the region of 40 whilst during exercise my rate is around 108 during a brisk walk. Thanks for your interest. My pulse count is similar to that on my watch.

I’ve had Covid related pericarditis (twice 🙄), and about three days into Covid, the pericarditis kicks off and the heart rate reduces overnight to 40 bpm. Usually only for 3 nights maximum though
