Now it has been officially announced I am able tell you all that I have not been mentioned in the New Year Honours List. I had been held to secrecy up till now but I actually knew this some time ago.

Aww Michael I bet you are well disappointed ! But you are in good company because neither have I ! Just think, we could have had another party with champagne instead of gin. My best past award was my MBA which certain friends described as More bu....ing around!
In case you are wondering AUH is "Associate of the University of Hertfordshire". As Michael Caine said in "Educating Rita" - "Not a lot of people know that"!
Oh I didn't know that. In reference to you I decided it meant Always Usually Happy which describes you and your sense of humour well!

When you see some of the people (not all, I hasten to add) that have received "honours", would you really want to join them?
