New Breakthrough in My Journey

This maybe a bit rude but it is all in the name science.

Men have an early built in warning system for CAC, their penile member, because the penile arteries being a far extremity and on the small side they are the first to plaque up.

It it the canary in the coal mine.

However our medical community often glance over this as old aged, and in some cases it can be to do with the structures inside the penis getting older, but in most cases its is CAC.

I have been using Cialis for the last 7 years, up until now, I have been on my anti plaquing regimen for over a year now and finally I no longer need Cialis, I had realised it was getting stronger and this week, I have been able to harden for 30 minutes at a time easily and without effort and without Cialis, I feel this is a good breakthrough, but will be backing this up next year with a check on my CCA-IMT score to see how things are progressing.

Note to all men keep an eye on your in built early warning system.

I employed a builder to build an extension for us about 4 years ago. He was quite a chatty chap aged about mid 40s and I told him about some of my heart problems. He said he went to see his GP over some heart issue which I can't remember what it was now. But he said the first question the GP asked him was if he occasionally got an erection in the morning after waking without even thinking about sex. According to the GP, that is a very good indicator that you are free from Coronary Heart Disease.

Great story, yes the morning erection before waking up is very important, there are devices you can wear on your penis to measure how many erections you get a night and the duration, I think an 18 year old male is around 2-3 hours, telegraph.co.uk/health-fitn...

Biohacker Bryan Johnson’s quest to rejuvenate his erection isn’t as mad as it seems – bedroom issues are often a sign of heart disease.

I have also noticed I wake up with one now and before I didn't or wasn't aware of one maybe

What is your "anti plaquing regimen"?

Hi there, I have referenced it in many of my posts, 1. Strong Medical program, 2. Diet 3. Exercise. 4 Supplements , when I have more data I will come forward with specifics, I am not trying to be elusive just don't want people to follow things blindly, I also think different supplement work for different people.

well done for facing it head on and improving your situation

this is a helpful tip for men - but you may be preaching to the converted here!🙂

also, if that was an effective early warning for all men i suspect that there would be more men seeking help for it and fewer unexpected Myocardial Infarcts - so maybe it is not a reliable sign for everyone

Agreed, anything is possible when it comes to medical things, I also think there is a general acceptance of plaque be a natural consequence of aging in Western Societies, our Western diets mean that by age 65 almost everyone has fatty streaks in their cardiovascular systems, and a large percentage have identifiable CAC in their coronary arteries. Therefore its easier to say impotence is a natural part of aging and hand out Viagra and Cialis. This is not the case for the Okinawans or rural communities in Africa and China
