Hi, I have had ectopics on and off for 45 years so I should have got used to them but in the last year they have got much worse. I get long runs, anything from every other beat to every 6 beats especially if my heart rate goes above about 90bpm. I live in a hilly area so it's hard to avoid! Had monitor... on a good day when I only had a couple of hundred and no runs. And echo. Heart is structurally OK. I am slim and exercise regularly ((normally). I don't have caffeine, smoke and rarely drink. Now the ectopics are also bringing on SVTs which I really hate! Any advice appreciated.
