I didn't need to be worried like you all said, it was mostly men but there was one other woman there and a man in his late 30's so I wasn't completely the youngest, the three of us had a good chat before and after.
I started on the treadmill, then we talked about my exercises and had a run through, they seem okay.
One of the cardiac nurse was so lovely, (they all were but this was was very calming and reassuring) she volunteers at a Parkrun (not the same one I go too) so when I said I was desperate to get back she said they'll try and get me back to a level where I'm at least walking it.
As much as I'm desperate to start running again I'm more than happy to walk the parkrun.

I was very pleased to see another young person (he later told me he thought he'd be the youngest there)
I know walking will eventually become jeffing and jeffing becomes jogging. (Although jeffed a lot before the HA) it was nice to have someone who understands parkruns and talked to me about getting back to running and how to get back
Glad you found the sessions useful. You may start walking it but over time you'll hopefully be able to run some if not all of it.
Just remember some of it is 'just for now' and things will progress.
You have probably made it the other young person journey better too. I know the exact feeling of being the youngest by a long way 😂
Glad you are finding rehab good. Iam doing it of my own back. Fortunatly the gym I go to is where you get referred to from doctors. So the chap who discussed my exercises has an interest in the cardio side. I think you have to do something. The heart is a muscle so it needs exercise. Also exercise helps the mind . But just do it at your pace and slowly it will improve. The fortunate thing about rehab is the stress is not there. Not like when you are working. But you have to build yourself up to be able to cope with stress. Good luck
Glad it went ok and you were reassured. I finished my rehab pretty much exactly a year ok. I wasn’t a runner before my HA but thought I was relatively fit. I was given the confidence on exiting to begin some low HA jogging (google maffetone method…). Slowly and steadily I did this for probably 3-4 months until I was jogging 5k , my heart and stamina got stronger and my times quicker. I still monitor my HR but not so bothered anything will happen and now regularly running 10+k. It’s helped me massively mentally too. So yes, you will jog a park run and maybe, in time, smash some PBs. Take it a session at a time. The staff at rehab are really great.
