Yes I have this. I was told by my cardiologist it was nothing to worry about.

Out of curiosity, are you allowed to exercise?

I've not been told I can't. Have you? Interestingly I had an episode that lasted for an hour a few weeks ago. It coincided with having surgery the day before and hasn't happened since. I have a GP appointment next week to discuss.

I have been told in the past that poking about in the heart can lead to the heart being grumpy!

Oh! Yes. they actively encourage me to exercise. Like everyone else on here the Cardiologists don't see it as an issue.

yes, my husband had 42+ episodes but as they self terminated his medical team wasnt concerned about them. His cardiologist did explain that whilst 42+ sounds a lot they all could have happened practically within minutes of each other

Hi Curryandchips, yes, my implanted loop recorder has registered an event recently of 23 vt beats which is my third event over the past year. My Cardiologist has said it’s nothing to worry about. He has since asked if I would like second opinion which is a little disconcerting! It would be worth getting checked over as no two Cardiologists seem to agree!!
