Good. I also find that with the weather. Or if I'm talking to much!!! 😂

It’s been horrible hasn’t it , I’mMenopausal as well and all I’ve done for days now is drip sweat from everywhere , sleeping with no covers at all and a fan directed at me on high and I still sweated . Everything is just sticky , I’m sticky 😂😂😂😂

Menopause on top is the pits. Can you not get HRT? That also is supposed to protect against osteoporosis. The doctors have changed their minds on HRT and now are not as against it as they once were.

I e asked twice for hrt , second time I asked they laughed at me and basically said I have a choice to sweat or have another heart attack , cus I can’t take hrt and heart medication. Utter bastards

Not sure about that - I'm on anticoagulant's, bisoprolol and a couple of blood pressure meds and I'm on it. I believe HRT is now seen as heart protective but a lot of medics have not caught on yet. However, you may be on specific meds that clash - but Id check it out

I take heart meds, prosthetic mitral valve and pacemaker - and HRT, I suppose it depends what meds you are taking.

I don’t have a womb and have been on Premarin 1.25for years and years and have apixaban and sometimes candesartan and so far OK. I think it might depend on your meds. I gather there are various herbal type supplements which might help but have not looked into it. People who have not been through the ghastly sweats etc have no idea how horrible it can be and are not nec that sympathetic.

Whose did? Personally I hated it and retreated to my aircon bedroom from 4.30-7pm every day and cooled it back down again at bedtime. I am so lucky I had it installed there. We have been promised rain today and tomorrow. Let us hope it arrives. None so far. Hopefully we are done with all that heat until next year.

I am so sorry you had such a dreadful time of it. Lousy.

Very uncomfortable for me too, Sats weren't too bad but palpitations went through the roof so many more PACs & PVC's than normal! Best wishes.

same here PVC's every 4-5th beat and now just as it cools down I have PVC's every few beats and AF again!!!

Good grief. I hated the heat and felt awful but my sats were fine. So glad to see in another post hat you were at your gP's and got checked out and you're better now.

What do u class as low readings. Usually mine range from 84 - 96% oxygen. That’s with or without the heat. Lowest this year was 72%.

I haven’t got any problems with lungs and only this month found problems with ecg after 20years of looking.
