Should I contact the GP or cardiologist re eye sight?

I've been on 2.5mg bisoprolol for 4 days. I've noticed my eye sight has changed for reading in the past couple of days and everything is quite blurry. My distance vision is still the same. Do you think it could be this drug? Or, could it be that I'm on day 12 of Covid and that's having an effect? Waiting for an Angiogram after being told I have severe calcification. Should I contact my GP (who told me the other day he didn't know what an Agatston score meant) or ring the hospital who told the gp to prescribe it? I feel I've been left rather alone on this . Thanks for you help.
