Hi all well I feel it’s been an age since I have had penny. That will teach me for throwing myself of my bed lol. It has been just over a month since it happened and I can walk without limping or needing my suport. I can start building my steps back up and be in good shape for when Newcastle phone in a couple of months. Also I’m at the LGI a week tomorrow
