I had a heart attack stent fitted and went into cardiac arrest had CPR and paddles 4 weeks ago in hospital was conscious throughout it all and now getting flashbacks is this normal Also pulse showing 104 and 84 resting is this okay

I am so sorry what you have been through that was a terrible experience and I also know what having flashbacks are like so I really do feel for you but what you are feeling most would and in time it will get better

A normal resting heart beat is between 60-100

Yours is just going over slightly at 104 sometimes

I would give your Doctor a ring on Monday and run it past them always the best thing to do and of course if before then it gets any worse or you feel unwell in anyway 111 is always there to phone and get advice from

The flashbacks are common. I can't comment on your heart rate. Mine is low at 43 resting. But that's not normal. You should always contact your doctor's if you have any concerns. Better safe than sorry.
