A big thank you

Hi BHF folk,

Over the last few months I have posted on here a handle of times with heart concerns.

I have just been diagnosed with POTS and it would appear that all my very high heart rate, heart beat irregularities and chest pain are part of that. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to offer kind words, advice and reassurance during a time where I was without answers, uncertain and scared. I can't tell you what that meant to me.

POTS is life changing (don't I know it!!) but not life threatening and for that I am grateful and relieved.

I wish all of you brave and kind souls the best of healing and positive journeys forward.

I’m so glad that you finally have answers. I too have recently gone through lots of tests, it’s a mixture of relief and uncertainty about the future, when you finally get answers, you always know I think deep down when something isn’t right in your body. Good luck in the future and take care x
